Megan Lawson, Asset Manager & State Licensed PMIC
Megan graduated from the College of Charleston in 1998 with BA in English.  She began her career in Private Wealth Management with Wells Fargo in Charleston then moved to Atlanta to pursue Institutional Equities with Sun Trust. She transitioned to real estate investing in 2003 managing a portfolio of residential real estate in both Atlanta and Charleston.  Settling in Charleston to raise her children, she has spent the last five years designing and managing luxury rental properties. Megan is an avid runner who also enjoys tennis, reading and traveling.  

There is a full in-house maintenance, carpentry and housekeeping staff which enables the Company to predict and control costs.
